Can I just add it to one mailbox?
Yes. You can send a maximum of 100 emails over a 10-minute period or 500 emails over a 24-hour period.
Doesn’t Office 365 already back up my data?
Files are stored in the Office 365 cloud, but are not backed up for restoration purposes. Archiving is specifically for the long-term preservation of data for compliance, litigation and recovery.
How do I access my archived emails?
You can access them via your own unique archiving web page with a web address that’s specific to your organization.
How often does it archive?
At least every 24 hours, though it’s generally closer to every 4 to 8 hours.
